I'm not a religious person by any means (in fact I consider myself an atheist), but I think it would be nice to have some type of place to go to when I die.  Too bad no one on earth will ever get to answer this 100%!

See I'm going to take a different route - sometimes I can't decide if I believe in God or not - the subject boggles my mind - but every once in a while things happen that make me think he's out there somewhere...

If you want to know about heaven and hell you need to read Luke 16:19-31.  If you do not from your wicked ways and ask the lord to come into your life you will surely burn forever in Hell. But if you ask Jesus into your life and turn from your wicked ways. And ask him to forgive you and confess your sins. When it is your time to be taken from this earth you will live forever with our Lord and Savior in Heaven.

Yes I believe in Heaven and hell.  And no hell isn't this earth now it is to come for the unsaved and non believers of Jesus Christ the son of God.  Heaven is for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Saviour.  I really don't see how people don't believe in God but to each is there own for not wanting to know God.  You can only tell them so many times before its tiresome but still I don't quit praying for the lost.  Yes the Bible does speak of Heaven and hell alot.  Try reading it maybe you will learn something about it.  And just because you believe in God doesn't mean you will go to heaven when the world ends.

I dont mean to be disrespectful to your religion but dont you think thats a little extreme??? I have no religion and no I dont believe in an afterlife!!! The soul is merely a thought process in your mind!!! But no body will ever no cause when you die the brain dies and theirs no afterlife and you yourself wont even know what happens when you die!!! Think about that really hard and you will see how the afterlife is really just a big superstition and I think its really bad to put false hope into people!!!! Sorry but thats just my honest educated opinion!!!! I believe in a creator though and that is stars!!! Stars are responsible for creating all the elements after Hydrogen wich is pretty much everything so when you think of it we are children of the stars!!! you, me, the earth, and the entire universe are all made of elements created from the extreme pressures and tempuratures of the death of stars!!!!! Sorry to be so blunt and again I dont mean to disrespect anyones religion or beliefs!!!! I just am expressing my own beliefs thats all so please dont be offended by anything I say here in the forum on this subject!!!!

And doesnt believe in storis of folktales from thousands of years ago!!! I mean yeah jesus was a real person but not the son of a god!!! Just a guy who really wanted attention and to be remembered!!!! Thats all!!! He had a real mother and father just like the rest of us!!! Remember jesus didnt even believe in a god himself until he was older and met john the baptist!! And John the baptist was made out to be crazy from what I have read in the bible!!! H e went around like a wildman eating locusts alone in the forest!!!! And Jesus chose to believe him?? I just dont know how the whole story made it this far actually!!!!! Its a real shame if you ask me!!!!!

But At least its not allowed to be taught in schools though and for the very reason that its not fact its just myth!!! thats why the whole religion is based on faith cause you just gotta take their word for it!!!! What gets me is how the bible says everything was created several thousand years ago In seven days but anyone who has any schooling knows the universe is almost 15 billion years old and to this day is still creating ever amazing wonders!!! That should tell you something to the credibillity of the whole story!!!!!

Yes, if the Bible says there is a Heaven and a hell, then it's true, for the Bible is God's Word, and God is not a man that He can lie.  Would you wanna take a chance???

i believe there is a heaven and hell and i will go to one of them i prefer heaven so i do my best to live the way i should by the bible but no one is perfect
