Still new to this site what kind of advice could you give me? I know I need to work to make money but is there something you found easier to do? Any tips I would appreciate.

Yes referrals are definitely where it's at! Too bad it's not that easy getting referrals unless you have a website (or a lot of friends) that gets a lot of traffic. Besides that being difficult, it's even more difficult getting referrals who stay active on the site and actually cash out. =/ So far I've had a few referrals but none have cashed out.

you should read some of the guides people wrote about doing these offers. VERY IMPORTANT
Really pay attention to what you are doing and the results you get, as you analyze this you can improve your cash flow.
really it is good to check the recently approved thread in here where the members show what offers are approving for them. i do it constantly

keep a positive and thankful attitude because we have the convenience of sitting on our duffs at home and make some money on the backs of advertisers trying to increase their business :-)

i often listen to music and fill out spreadsheets while doing offers to make it more enjoyable, as if getting easy/free money isn't enjoyable enough LOL
