Manual Credit Request

Hi! I was just curious how people have faired with the manual credit requests. Three of my items were not credited and they were for purchases that were received and not sent back. I've completed the request form and I understand the process takes 6-8 weeks. I just wondered for others submitted manual credit requests, what the success rate is for actually crediting?

yeah, i've submitted for manual credit as well and haven't heard anything back yet...one has been going for about that 6-8 week period so i too am curious as to when we hear back

I know that FC stopped the manual credit, but I've requested two, and one they credited( I copied/pasted the WHOLE welcome email) and the other one I just did today, and got credit for immediately.
