I have the Droid, I had the Storm and was planning on getting the Eris for the wife.

They are all cool phones, if I had to pick from the ones you listed I would choose the Driod. There is almost nothing this phone will do, it has hundreds of cool apps to use.

I didn't like the Storm, is was hard to text for me. I didn't like the push screen it had. I only had it a few days and took it back.

I was going to get the Driod Eris for the wife, but picked up the Palm Pre instead. I'd consider it to be a baby Driod. I don't like that is doesn't have a physical keyboard, although the touch screen feels better to text then the Storm.

Don't have any experience with the Omnia, but I do know the Driod is rated better then all of the phones you listed.

I would goto the store and play with each phone and see how easy it is to get to and use the functions you use the most.

There are a few new phones coming out that are pretty cool and I think most are using the Adroid OS.

don't get a droid.  go with a tmobile g1.  droids are built on old mobile technology.

I think you have that backwards, as the G1 doesn't even rank on anyones top 10. The Driod is either 1 or 2.
Last I checked the G1 was behind on the Andriod software upgrade also. And if you want to go with tmobile there will be better phones then the G1.

Droid hands down.  Eris is good, but is only Android 1.5  Omnia II is good, but is Windows Mobile.  The Storm just sucks.
