For what it's worth, I cashed out about 8 days ago and it said my paypal account would be credited Dec 20, but they credited my paypal account Dec 5th.  I'm assuming they provide themselves a lot of wiggle room.

everyone got paid early for nov cashouts in dec due to christmas. most times you don't get your money till about the 15th - 20th of the month after you cashout.
