Got mine today... you have to send a support ticket with "$5 Sign Up Bonus" in the subject and it will bring you to the page to confirm your bonus! I hope that helped!

Don't feel bad unknown, I had the same problem. use the link in the above comment. thats what I had to do. and i was credited within a couple min.
