My name is Alex and I've been a member for only 1 month, and yes I have already earned enough for my fist cash out.

For a new user like myself I'd say start out with the offers that have a requirement that you only to complete the survey. These are by far some of the easiest. Then keep looking into the offers that are available and see which one your willing to do. Once you complete an offer fusion cash will send you an email saying that the money that came with the offer has been added to your account. You have to earn a minimum of 25 dollars before you can cash out. Don't worry its very doable, its been less than a month and I'm already waiting on my fist check for 30.50. Remember persistence is key

Ive been on here a bit and ive found that the offers are only a one time thing and they dont go away so i end up doing the whole offer again just to be told ive already done it... i wish there was a way around this.

Welcome!  I'm pretty new too--- I've only been here for about 1-2 weeks, but I love it already.  Try starting out with the PTC offer under the "daily" tab, and then completing surveys or offers to earn more money.   Referring and posting on the forums also gives you a good amount of money, and FC cashes out once a month.

I can't wait to get my first cashout!
