removing an offer

Hey mods, I need a favor - I think I tried to sign up for the PrizeAmerica offer 4 times, which I didn't mean to do, lol.  Could someone remove the uncredited ones from the account screen?  Sorry about that!  I didn't realize hitting the "back" button would cause it to keep opening like a new offer.  I wasn't trying to pull a fast one I swear!
