I made a purchase for myinks.com on November 25. It said that it would take 2-5 business days to receive the order. Well today I went and checked my order status and it was cancelled! I never received any information and still was charged for the order! Anyone have a similar experience with this company? I sent them an email today but no response yet! Just wondering if anyone had any trouble! Thanks

i ordered ink from them and everything was fine mabey it is just a mistake so hang in there look for a phone number in the offer usually you can find it in the terms and condition or look for a contact us at the bottom of the page and just tell them what happened i know it can be fustrating
