Try doing the .15 PTC offer, the 0.02 e-mail offer, .60 survey head, and .60 give us your two cents offers. Also, there are some special offers that credit instantly. Try the $1.60 offer. It's known as Special: Where do you shop?
Also, getting referrals will help, but keep in mind that you have to do $15 worth of offers and reach the $25 point in order to cash out.

No it counts toward your bonuses. Just keep doing your daily stuff and you will eventually get there =]. There are offers that you can do thought that are there just find them =].
