OMG...  :BangHead: Why do people always get so bent out of shape about whether or not they are gonna get paid...  this site isn't charging you to use it and you can make plenty of money off the free offers so your not really out anything except some time.  I've been paid... it's not a scam...  If you're not willing to give it a chance then you might as well just quit now...  Patience is a virtue.

;D If I decide to pursue state or federal fraud charges against this site  for example charges of: theft, attempted theft, communication fraud, per se that will depend on how many more complaints, and what excuses, I'm given for verification not working. If you wish to belive the kool aid and received money that's great. We will see what appears when I cash out, and if any charges are presented to the city prosecutor and attorney general for state and federal charges  of theft. Until Jan 20th. Let me also add regardless of a site's TOS they do not trump state or federal laws. Hence, although the agreement TOS may appear  as independent contractor, one is indeed fulfiling a contract as time and in some cases expense is rendered in persuit of these ...fushion cash credits.
So please do not assume, this is free as some offers require a purchases to receive these fusion cash credits.

Just a quick question.  Im new here and was wondering.  I went ahead and cashed out on the 20th.  My pay is pending.  Thats not the question though.  The question is this....Ive done more surveys etc but havent gotten credit on any of them, is this because i cashed out and i have to wait till its approved to get the credit on a new month, or do i have to wait till the first of Jan. to get the credit?

Some of those survey's will never pay out.
For example if fusioncash says all one needs to do is fill out their email address.
One does that,a nd page sof pages of 'optional survey's' Your email is than harvested to those third party agents.
Even the site you registered for has your login info sent in email. So it seems odd, all these sites know you're registered some has your ip address date and time you registered. But the credits never appear in your account.

By the way,to the guy that said this is 'FREE CASH' if this was 'free cash' you would not need to fill out survey's.
You are working to receive credit for the offers. So no this is not fREE CASH..
I'm sure the site receives a percentage of signups and other arrangements.

Let me put it to you this way, if they try to bs me with the telephone verification or do not send my money.
I will personally take the paper work to the city prosecutor of the city this company is located.
I will file theft charges with the police and get the Attorney General involved.
Let's just say, I know people in law enforcement who will bring a sh- storm on this site and the owners of it
Especially, once they learn others have been denied payment. That is fraud 101 for work rendered

it is totaly on you if you do the credit card offers. you do not have to do them. it's not on the site if you do. also if you do them n are not credited for them, it's on the advertisers. NOT the site... i think you need to do a bit of reading on GPT sites before you start this somewhere else. as i'm not to sure with fusioncash. BUT i have read in many TOS that the site could close down or just not pay you for whatever reason and you can not do anything about it... that's what you agree to when you join those sites.. so know what you are agreeing to before you do so then decide to go off  when you have no reason nor right to... i have been a member of this site for over a year now. had no problems getting verified. i had no problems getting any of my payouts. also if you go back and READ most of the people who had problems getting phone verified in dec has internet phones....... they do not work for veiftion.

best is to cashout on the last day of the month and you will get paid on or before the 20th of the next month.. but if you do cashout before then and make more money, you can go ahead and cancel that cashout and re cashout with the new total :) and since your new so you know.. this site is not a scam so please do not get worried by some things posted... there is who knows how many people on this site and i'm yet to find one that has reached cashout and cashed out and was approved that did not get paid. and as long as you fellow the tos and don't do anything frauding, then yoru cashout will be approved and all will be good :)

this is free cash as the site does'nt have to pay you... you get paid a % for each offer of what the site gets for that offer. so they are giving you their money. 2nd... it's not up to fusioncash or any other GPT site on the net wether or not you get paid for a survey or offer... it is up to the advertiser for the survey and or offer... so once again read before you go jumping on people when you don't know what you are talking about

how could you file theft charges on this site when it's not the site who gets the money from you, it's the offers advertisers. and no one is stealing your money.... as i said before.. it's up to you to do the credit card offers.... no one is holding a gun to your head....

I'm still not sure how it is theft for work rendered anyway considering this isn't a job or a promise of employment.  I know i didn't fill out any forms such as a W2, W4, or any other form for that matter.  I don't know what is wrong with these people but I think it will be funny to see what lawyer would actually take a case for a lawsuit that has no merit.  Good Luck with that!  Oh and Merry Christmas! It seems like you already have that Christmas spirit.

From the TOS:

"FusionCash uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. FusionCash does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. FusionCash does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted."

"Occasionally, offer links can redirect to other offers. If an offer link is redirecting to another offer, the user may not complete it. Any attempt to complete a redirected offer will not result in credit."

"Offer Terms. FusionCash is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it."
