I dislike being in the dark.  I'm always afraid that there is someone in my closet and behind the door, etc.  Mostly I'm afraid of what might be lurking in the dark.   :-

I have a phobia of parasites. This includes ticks. And ticks love to get on me. I found like 5 on me the other day. :[ I still have two tick bites that itch.

But my biggest fear is loosing a loved one.

Snakes they are so creepy, how they slither sightly around and you don't see them till your right upon them!

I'm afraid of death. I tried to think about what it would be like to die and I got this very cold feeling of non-existent, non-thinking, non-conscious, and it scares the hell out of me.

it is going to sound really silly but ANTS are my biggest fear when i was a child in order for my mom to get me to stop playing with things she told me that the ants were gonna eat me so since then i've had the biggest fear of them
