Not quite understanding

Do i need to spend money on the offers i choose in order to make money? or just fill out the things and get paid....i dont want a million offers coming into my e mail all the time if i need to sign up for stuff in order to make money...HELP ME

you only have to spend money if you want to,  if you dont want all the stuff coming to your email  get another email just for that
