Pancakes

Here's an idea:  Make pancaked small enough to fit into your toaster, that way you can freeze the leftovers and just pop them in the toaster when you're hungry.

Awesome idea.  Does it really work well?  They do not fall apart?

Good idea which means they would be the same size as those sold in stores.

Yeah, I am pretty sure they will hold up because I used to buy pancakes already made and it looks like they were freshly baked.  I thought I'd save some cash and I bought blueberry pancake mix.

Yes

Yes your frozen pancakes hold up in the toaster.  You can also freeze waffles.

I agree with kimfusion that freshly made pancakes are better; but if I have extra batter I cook it up and freeze them.  It is better than throwing out the extra batter.

Plus it is handy to have some in the freezer for those days you are running short on time!
