i think she deserves it but i doubt she'll actually serve the amount of time she's upposed to. same goes for the rehab- she'll probably show up a few times but then she'll get off the hook just like every other celebrity. it seriously irks me that these people, who are so lucky to have the jobs and money they have, can be so screwed up, break the law, and are not expected to serve the time they should. if she were not a celebrity there would be no doubt at all that she would have been sentenced to twice as much

The problem with Lindsay Lohan is that the woman is out of control and hopefully if she does some of her jail time it will give her time to think about the direction her life is headed.  I think she felt that she didn't have to report to court like ordinary people do, and for that she should serve time.  Laws are for everyone and I think she felt her money and supposed celebrity could buy her out of anything.

Unfortunately, I believe it will take her maiming/killing someone while driving under the influence before she actually takes a look at her own life. Everything seems to be a joke, she is definitely NOT the only celebrity who feels like this, and I don't think she 'gets it'. Why would she, or anyone else though, when there are no consequences for her actions?
I could not care less about celebrities in general, but with her I always think back to the movie "The Parent Trap" and how innocent she was then. Fame, money, and always getting what you want may seem ideal at the time, but often end up ruining you in the end.

I think when she gets to the Los Angeles County jail she will be in for a culture shock which in itself will prob do her a world of good.  She has no clue how the "other half lives" and Los Angeles is the Nations 2nd largest city - she will NOT be a happy camper in jail there.

Well, her celeberity status may not have helped her very much in this instance, BUT it certainly halps most of them most of the time.

She will never have to serve the entire 90 days.......Rehab is exactly what she needs but it is useless until she admits to herself that she has a problem.....

She did not follow the judges orders, now she's got to do some time.  Is the sentence harsh?  Maybe. But she's not above the law and hopefully she'll learn from this and really stick to getting better.  Welcome to the real world Lindsay!

I hope she gets more time for that nice F you on her nail.  She's such a disaster, but then I see her "parents" and feel like she didn't have a chance in hades of turning out any other way.
