Actually some offers don't have an instant credit label meaning they take about a day to confirm.  The instant credits are a bit different; some confirm within minutes but some take a couple of hours.  Sometimes offers won't confirm because you didn't get to the final offers page or you used the same email for offers from the same company.  Cleaning out your cookies can help this problem and sometimes using a different email can help too.

Most offers which say "Instant Credit" below them, usually credit very quickly after completing the offer.  The key word there is usually.  Sometimes it can take awhile, and sometimes they just might not credit it all for what could be many reasons.

Offers which don't have "Instant Credit" will have varying times in which they will credit.  For example, you may need to sign up for something and not cancel for x amount of days before the offer will credit.
