yeah i just registered and im looking through the site

Click on bank account on the left side od the homepage after you logged in and then inter your bank account and rounting number!

under my account there will be more tabs for like "add funds", "overview", and "profile". go to profile and it should say "add/edit bank account" go there and there should be another tab for "add" and then put in your info  and verify everything and after pay pal will deposit two small amounts into you bank account and once you log back into pay pal and verify the amounts then your account if considered verified

Yuo can also sign up for the paypal debit card!!

i need to open an account first, but when they deposit into my account should i just go back in a week and ask for a statement?

Yes they will deposit 2 amounts into your account and 1-5 they will apear in your bank and then confirm you account!
