It usually pops up when I go on the forum, even though I already have it installed. So far today I haven't seen it, so maybe the glitch has been fixed. But maybe if I stay here long enough it will show up.

I'd consider installing it if it were safe, but I'm skeptical as a lot of toolbars tend to be more than just toolbars.
