What's the average number of cups of coffee you drink per day?

I would have to measure it in pots LOL  I start out with about two pots in the morning another pot in the afternoon into evening and sometimes a cup or two right before bed.  I dont have any adverse effects no matter how much I drink.  I really drink it mostly because I like the taste but it is most definetly a must if I dont drink any coffee I get a headache and a half.

I only like the frappes from Mcdonalds and moolattes from the DQ, i get atleast one a day, they are soo good, but i dont like hot coffee

 on most days I will drink about three cups of coffee, but if I have to get up early I will drink a few more cups that day

I think my average is around 2-4 cups. This one guy who works with me drinks up to 7 cups a day. Can you say high blood pressure? The funny thing is, he's pretty low-key. I guess that's understandable, because coffee doesn't seem to affect me much, I have no troubles falling asleep after drinking a cup or two.

But anyway, what's everyone's average per day? (Tea counts too!)

One large mug in the morning.  Sometimes I'll have a small cup in the afternoon.  Too much coffee makes me jittery.

I drink coffee all day daily, so at least 6 - 10 cups/day. I don't make it strong though and add a little sugar for taste.
