What's the average number of cups of coffee you drink per day?

I think my average is around 2-4 cups. This one guy who works with me drinks up to 7 cups a day. Can you say high blood pressure? The funny thing is, he's pretty low-key. I guess that's understandable, because coffee doesn't seem to affect me much, I have no troubles falling asleep after drinking a cup or two.

But anyway, what's everyone's average per day? (Tea counts too!)

if I had my choice it would be all I drank.  LOVE coffee.
recently had to cut it back because of a new med that doesn't like lots of caffeine.  guessing 2-3 cups now.

Yeah if it didn't totally dehydrate you as much as it did, and if the impending caffeine headaches (from withdrawal) didn't happen, I would make it my duty to drink as much as I could.

I'm a Starbucks fiend, I've been going there as much as I can recently. And I understand that it probably sounds hypocritical because I'm on here trying to make money. Maybe it's just because I need to fuel that addiction. FusionCash doesn't discriminate against what its users use their money for, so who cares, I guess, right?

But yeah. lately anything cold at Starbucks has been a huge thing for me. Especially during this intense heat we've been having. Mmmmm. I'm teasing myself right now just talking about it.

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day, but I am trying to quit as it is extremely unhealthy. Being as it is a habbit for me, I am having a hard time wening myself from it.

Coffee is a hard thing to quit! I wouldn't quit, but I would just cut back if I were you. Once you start though, you can't stop! haha.

I like coffee but I don't drink it very often. I would say that on average I probably drink about 4 cups of coffee a month lol

In an average week, it probably works out to be 1-2 cups a day. I've become immune to coffee as well, I drink it for taste more than for staying awake. Everyone else always says they can't drink coffee past a certain time or they can't sleep, but I can drink coffee and take a nap right after lol

I usually have 3-4 cups.  I've never noticed any kind of effects, I just like the flavor.

I would not even want to count.  I start out with several and drink it until about 11:00.  Then I might have a cup around 2 and then I start drinking it again after dinner.  I have to have some way to keep going.

      I just love my coffee. I`ll have at least 8 large cups a day. The 1st 2 or 3 just get me going, but after that I drink it for the taste. Thing is, coffee has the reverse effect on me. I will crash and burn about late afternoon.  I can still fall asleep w/no problem
