I read the rule that out of $25 your offers must be of $15 so If I want to withdraw $45 than how much do I need to earn from offers?

you could cashout out a million dollars if you want, you just need to do $15 in offers.

so if you want to cashout $45 you still just need to do the $15 in offers.

Now i get it i thought it meant i need excatly 25$ and if i had 15$ bonus i can collect that too but now i understand so i just need a little bit more and i can cash out =P thx deathx for helping.

as long as you get $15 in offers you can get payed after a total of $25 including the $15 offer.
If you do the daily and a few surveys, and free offers it adds up pretty fast.
