Pro Conditioning Tricks

While the length of your hair is desperate for extra moisture, your roots generally aren’t.  Apply conditioner from the ends up.  Apply to the bottom 2/3 of your hair first, wait 10 minutes, then put it on your roots and rinse it all out after another 5 minutes.  This ensures you avoid getting greasy areas.

Cool thanks I am a dye freak every color all the time so my hair is well dead so I must condition it regularly so this will help with the grease that tends to build up after a week of conditioning

I also never knew like 15 minutes - I thought 5 was enough, but I'm sure if I do 15 minutes it will be super silky!

and i've been told that the opposite goes for shampoo. you need to shampoo your scalp the most because that where the oils are but you shouldn't shampoo the ends because it dries them out
