Anyone receive credit ($1.50) for the Audible one?  Sign up for a free trial - 14 days $0.00 get paid $1.50.

Never credited on $1.50 Audible.com and since I did it through the regular page (not offers) my support ticket was immediately closed with the "Sorry, we don't get paid if you don't get paid..." response. I may do it through the Offers page too and see what happens. If it makes a difference, I used my existing Amazon account. Good luck to others.
