I sent a ticket about it a week ago Friday and they responded on Monday (last week) saying I'd receive it sometime that week and still nothing.  I did mine about 5 or 6 weeks ago.  I went ahead and sent a follow up ticket today and I hope to hear something soon.  I'll let you all know what I find out.

Seems like they are a little behind on this promotion and the post a picture of your payment promotion as well.
