I'm NOT receiving ANY of my referrals....

I've had 2 people sign up under my link and they HAVE NOT been credited yet..they haven't even been shown yet!!!  Administrator or someone....what do I do?

did they put you down as a referal? Mine said it asked who refered her when she signed up.

I suggest putting in a FC Support ticket to have them help you out if you still haven't gotten it to work.

They have to do all the verification stuff on their account. If you know the person, ask them to go into their account and make sure they have green checks by verify email, verify telephone, etc.. Also, NEVER believe referrals that you get from referral sites. They will say they did it just to get the credits or to get paid. They should be able to tell you the user name they signed up with, as well as the sign up date. You can trace it down from there.

@missijl - Thanks for the reply.  The people I've referred are my friends and at the moment they've done all the telephone verification, confirming the email, completed the first offer.  I submitted a support ticket.

Let me know what they say about it. There are some days when I think my referrals get lost in the system for a day and then show up the next day.

@missijl - Haven't heard anything yet from Support at all.  Hope I hear from them tonight or tomorrow morning before I leave for work.  I'll keep you guys updated, though!

They usually say 3-5 days for a reply. Sometimes they get to it quicker, though.

they click YOUR link or put down your exact username as a referral, and all they have to do is click the email verification link and you get $1.  you get $2 after they complete their first offer, and you get $5 for every single cashout they make, for life.

@noremac96 - Yeah, I know all that.  They click my link like on a Facebook page (example) and then go to my ref link and signup but I don't get credit for them.  I got a message saying FC isn't reliable for any referral mistakes.
