Each week Kohler will post a new promo and the current one will be listed at the top (last one was "Fall is Close). Just click on the link and it will take you to his post where you will click on the "Survey Link" and fill in your answers. This particular promo is now closed, however because the Tues/Wed promos have a deadline because they are sports related. Just keep an eye out for the next one to be posted, which hopefully will be soon.

As far as being credited for them, Kohler will issue credits to your account (if you have right answers) the following week just before he posts the new promo. Same goes for the Sat/Sun (Weekend) promo.
