Well, you've been around long enough to know that sometimes bad things happen to good people.

Assume you tried it a second time and then the email credited.

I've only had problems with the emails when I forget to turn off my ad/pop-up blockers.  But then the email ad never comes up so it's easy for me to figure out what I did wrong.
