My personal stress relievers are a nice hot soak in a bath, listening to music, drinking a cup of good coffee, knitting, reading a good book, and dancing. No matter what's going on those are what help me relax. I just love to listen to music feel the beat and just dance.

I like the Great new comments and ideas on how to get over stress! I like the Gaming, being active and not thinking about it! Semi auto!!
