Can FC please create a board just for referrals and off site member promotions??

In truth, I do understand that FC doesn't want the forum misused as a spamming board - that people can and will misuse that feature. But can you please make just one place for others to refer to other sites? That would seriously help so many people! I understand if you can't/won't, but that would make this great place even better. Thanks
