Do you have snow where you are yet?

We got about an inch of snow so far is all.  A town less than 20 mile away received 6 inches in comparison.  I love the purity of a newly fallen snow, but do not enjoy the roads being slippery.  We usually have a white Christmas, so I presume this year will be no different.

We're getting our 2nd snow right this moment!  I'm so excited!  I need to go out and get some doggy boots for my dog, so we can continue our daily walks; she always gets ice and snow packed into her paws, so I don't want her feet to suffer.

A white Christmas would be nice then no more snow after that would be better!

We got our first snow on of the year two days ago.  We have 6-7 inches on the ground now.  It is very beautiful as it is so pure and white and sparkling.  It is 6 degrees outside.....brrrrr!

We will have a white Christmas for sure!!

It is snowing today and did yesterday too, but it isn't even sticking yet. Usually by this time we have had tons of snow!

They say we are to get snow here in Maryland this week end. I love the snow I dont care for the cold but like my husband says they go hand in hand. He hates the snow and the rain and its been raining here all day so far.

Yes, it has snowed in Michigan (south central) since I got up about 5 hours ago. But it is only a very thin coat on the grass; the roads are wet and easy to navigate. My daughter delivers newspapers early in the morning, and she must have had a bad time because when I first looked out the window, the streets were slushy.

I live in N.C. and we hardly EVER get any snow around Christmas....Just this morning it was 67 degrees.   My kids wouldn't know what it was like to wake up Christmas morning with snow covering the ground!

Some snow on the ground here.  Our first snow melted, except for the piles from the snow plows.  It would be very unusual if we didn't have snow for Christmas.

We are having our first snow now as I am typing this message.  Its been snowing for about an hour.  Have I said how much I hate snow?  And its very cold.

It's raining in Oregon today and about 45 degrees.  I hate snow unless I can see it from a distance.  I won't drive in it so I'm glad we don't get it very often.
