My favorite meal consists of:  Beef roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked beans.

This was our Sunday dinner when we were kids.  Now when I serve it, my husband asks me "Are you homesick?"

Dinner, of course!  I'm puertorican and we make a plate called "bistec ensebollado".  Basically its steak and onions.  But I have a great recipe for it.  Mixed up with some roasted garlic potatoes and home prepared garlic bread.   Ummm, delicious.

My favorite meal is anything Chinese. I love Fried rice,Egg Foo Young, Sweet & Sour Pork or Chiken. I love putting Sweet & Sour sause on my rice & Chow Mein.

There are many too choose from, but one would be homemade mashed potatoes with chicken.

Texas Roadhouse has a prime rib that's fantastic.  Their large one is not even close to being a good as their small one because it's thicker not larger but that little one just almost melts in your mouth and you don't have to wait for a weekend to get it.
