Money for Referrals Explained-----PLEASE----HELP

  Would someone, PLEASE give a real clear explination of How and when we get Bonus Money for our referrals.??I and apparently some others DO NOT have a CLEAR understanding about that.

I know that when a referral signs up and confirms through their email that we get $1.00 for that.

Then, I think that we get another $2.00 when they complete their first offer. I am not clear on what offer OR kind of offer is required----PLEASE EXPLAIN.

I think that is all the credit we will get until the referral cashes out and then we get $5.00 every time that they cashout. CORRECT??

ALSO, We ONLY get credit for DIRECT REFERRALS, CORRECT??
No second or third level referral credit, CORRECT??

$1.00 for confirming email - correct

$2.00 for completing first offer - correct (this has to be a bona fide "offer" - paid to click, daily cash email, videos and tasks do not count)

$5.00 for cashing out, each time - correct.

2nd, 3rd level referrals: no bonuses are paid, this is for several reasons including adherence to PayPal's Terms of Service.

$5 everytime they request a payment which is saying that you are getting money for them staying with fusion cash and the $2 is from their first offer which is offered after you confirm your email to get your original joining $5 bonus
