How Come Some Offers I've completed Haven't cleared?

How come when I click on the daily tab and do some of the random varied offers at the end of the list that offer like random payments are in my account box but not in my Confirmed tab?  There are alot there just sitting there not letting me get credit for them.  What is up with that?
