So first and foremost I want to make it 100% clear that I have gotten every single daily email offer except the one on February 1st; every day since I signed up and every day after the 1st, always in my inbox - never in my junk.

With that said, I filed a support ticket Feb 1 to see if they could track the email because I have not had a single issue getting ANY fusion cash emails (ie. you received credit, your cash out has been processed etc). I did not get a response until Feb 4 and now I'm being told that another hotmail user is having this issue also and there is nothing they can do as it's being held on hotmails end.

Thankfully right now I am in a position to say, it's only two cents whatever but I'm not going to lie, I'm a tad annoyed that even though I've gotten every daily prior to the 1st and after the 1st and have gotten paid for all but 1 (a day I forgot to login) their response is oh it's hotmails fault. So hotmail users if magically one day you have this issue, there is your answer!

Thanks, I also have had this issue on several occasions. Fusion Cash seems to make up for it by adding video offers to me.
