This is what it says right on the front of the offer before you click on it:

MTV Survey   
 
 

Take this survey if you are 15-24 years of age, subscribe to cable/satellite and watch MTV once a week for at least an hour a day.
Requirements:
Complete the 45 minute survey which includes watching a video 
 
Gender has nothing to do with qualifying for the survey, since nothing is mentioned except to check a box when you first click on the offer.

Maybe there is a glitch in the offer - open a support ticket or e-mail Kohler.

Hey M4M,

Try the new color banner and see if it works for you. I cant get it to work for me. The new color is gray.

I got "Page Not Found" and it is spelled "grey" on the drop down menu - if that's the way its coded then that could be the problem.

Nice work on all the colors, by the way.  :thumbsup:

This is the template and it works just fine:

When I try to make it say my earnings it becomes like I dont have a sig line at all.

This what it looks like:

Its just blank.
