Does anyone own a pet?

We have a rat terrior/heeler mix. He totally understands everything we say! His favorite snack is garlic toast or puffy cheetos. Sadly, we just found out he has cancer and will be leaving us soon. I am so gonna miss him.

We have a black lab mix (Angelica) and 2 cats (Joey & Chloe). Chloe is the strangest cat I've ever had, but completely adorable.

I have to fish, which are like 3 years old. How old are they supposed to live. Haha i dont even know. Must have been feeding them good or something.

I just got a dog this week.She's two.She's a shizzew.She is so cute.I been waiting awhile to get her.I wanted fish but my spose has some dumb superstition about them.Still dont understand that.Does anyone own a pet?  

Pets, we acquire them, we get attached to them and they become family members! There are 3 dogs, 3 birds and a fish here in this house, each of them very spoiled and I wouldn't trade them for all the money in the world!

None here, but I do enjoy the pets my grand children have - 2 own a dog & 2 cats. The other 6 live in a rural area where people are always dropping off dogs & cats. My daughter is finally learning to say no (sometimes). They have had goats, pigs, calves. Now they have 3 indoor dogs, I think 2 cats, plus 2 or 3 outdoor dogs & a few chickens. The only thing that bothers me is that my son-in-law loves pits, so they have one & I am sure this will offend some - but I am always afraid it will turn on someone. I can't help my fear of them or a  Doberman. (I forgot, & 2 ferrets)

We had a fish, but couldnt keep them alive.  Felt life a bad parent.  Now looking at getting a dog, possibly a yorkie or shitzu

I have a total of 4 dogs.  We had an original Chihuahua but he was stolen.

We have a Shitzu, and 3 puppies from those two  - so they are shitzu-chihuahua mixed and oh so cute!

 Yes I do own a pet. I have a dog named mickey, he is a sheltie. I also have two fish tanks
