Is spring near?

I know it comes in about the 21 day of March but temps are already about 70 degrees here in Ga? Is spring near or is just me? I heard the birds singing the other day and noticed the buttercups ibn bloom. What do you think?

I don't think spring is here.  They are talking about snow in San Francisco and in Los Angeles.  I heard that it has not snowed in San Fran in over 35 years.  That is crazy...

I live in Alabama and i too have seen flowers bloom and a few shrubs and it has also been in the 70s here if its not spring yet i hope it gets here soon.

I live in Georgia too. I love it down here I just moved down here last summer and boy I tell you the weather is sort of different thesun seems alot closer and hotter even though it may be the same temp. somewhere else. I already have taken my my son out for a few walks out in the park because it has been nice enough to. I definately agree that spring is near.

I live in Oregon and today its freezing! Which is very unusual for the part of Oregon I live in! I can't wait for spring! Bring on the softball!

I can already feel the spring. It was so cold one day coming home from school. Then the next day it was so beautiful and nice outside. I was walking and smiling and thinking, "It's spring!"

I am definately ready for spring....but then I always am.  Had a little snow yesterday here in Oregon.  Today it's clear and beautiful and has just barely made it up to 32 degrees.  Supposed to be in the 20s tonight and tomorrow night again.  I heard the birds the other day too but I think today the only sound they will make will be their little beaks chattering.  And the spring flowers were about ready to bloom too.

I think spring started here in Texas like 3 weeks ago, after the freeze. It's 76 degrees at the moment

Where I live in California we are in the midst of a huge storm. It Never snows here and they are prediting snow over night tonight whih is a bit exciting! But to answer the question spring seems no where in sight here.

Where I'm at in PA spring popped its head out for two days and then 8 inches of snow followed.

I'm in Wisconsin and we had a couple days of spring like weather and snow melt, then BAM we got a foot of snow and freezing rain on top of it. Back to reality!! Hopefully it will come soon. I have had enough winter!! Although we are suppose to get another 3 inches of snow today and tomorrow,tomorrow night and Monday a mixed bag - snow, freezing rain, sleet. YUCK!! Go away already!

Well, here in the midwest, we don't count on winter being over until at least the end of March.  We've had a couple of beautiful days with temps in the 70's followed by sleet and snow.  At least February is almost over and my gas bill hasn't been so high I needed a loan so I guess we'll see the end soon.  I wish we didn't have so much sentimental stuff and could just junk everything and move somewhere warm.  I think I'd like to move to Arizona and have a little golf cart to get around.

Temperature is just a degree or two above zero and it is snowing.  Spring won't be here for a while.
