A question for FC members...
« on: September 17, 2007, 01:25:54 am »
Hello everyone,

I was just wondering something, and am hoping an experienced (I mean, a person who has been doing this for a while) Fusion Cash member will be able to answer.

On most of the surveys and offers, you are required to give your name, address and phone number. Do you find that this causes you to receive mass amounts of mail to your home address as well? I expect mail to come to my email address, and that is manageable, but I am a bit worried about my personal home address being bombarded by offers and such. I understand that sometimes people from the forum receive unwanted phonecalls, but I can change my phone number in the event those get out of control. I cant exactly move house so that only the mail I receive at my home address is the stuff I want to arrive through the mail. I also cant imagine phoning up everyone of the companies to ask them not to send things to my home anymore. I can understand if it happens every once in a while, but I am thinking now that quite a few companies have my address, this may not be the case. Obviously it would be my fault if this happens, but for now, I am just curious to see if anyone else has encountered this situation.

Thanks very much.

Hey guys, didn't anyone notice she mentioned her house address has also been getting spammed?
Not a lot you can do about something like that, I must agree. You just have to deal with it, and possibly start recycling if you're feeling guilty about the trees. But if push comes to shove, you can always get a P.O. Box, right?
