does anyone use internet explorer9? if u do how is it? or what web browser do u think is the best?

We had IE9 for about, oh, 5 minutes before we decided that IE8 was better. When my bf tried to log onto his secured work page, the new version wouldn't let him sign in for some reason. So we reloaded the old one lol newer isn't always better
