When you get to $25 in your accoune and at least $15 of that is in offers, then you can request a cash out.
If you request your cash out on the 20th of the month or the 30th, you will receive your payment on the 20th of the month following the month of your request.  (ie request on April 20th, you'll receive your payment on May 20th.

If you request a cash out on March 30 or 31st, you will get your payment on April 20 (assuming it's approved)

I cashed out also...Fusion always sends my payment sooner then what it usually says..I think it will come before the 20th.

That is processing time requirement. This is what you can read from FAQ: We disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, your payment will be disbursed on or around May 20th. You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

My first cash-out is also listed as pending for around April 20th.  Sooner is always a nice surprise.
