My mom always told me she'd take 5 boys over one girl any day because boys were easier...  She had me (firstborn) and my sister (youngest child) at the time she said that.

Girls are. In fact my mom has 3 boys which included myself, and we never gave her trouble, but out of all 4 girls she has, 2 has been pregnant and starts early adult hood life with sex and stuffs, and the 3rd one is following their lead. I'm still thinking if the 4th one would do the same, but she's more focused to her school work now, and could care less about friends, as the 3 previous ones are.

Girls. I have one of each and by far my daughter has been the hardest to raise.

I haven't raised either but I would think girls would be harder to raise because of a lot more emotional issues that can cause harm them later in life if you don't deal with them correctly.

Boys seem to be more rowdy most of the time. Never raised a girl tho.
