Tef's Q&A series part 1 paganism and Gothic
« on: April 17, 2011, 08:41:22 pm »
I'm going to start topics about people's beliefs and ask questions and not give my own reason to why it's bad, good, or wrong. The primary person i'll be asking questions to is Travislang. Below is my first question...

Are pagans polytheists(believe in more then one God)?

According to http://pagantheologies.pbworks.com/w/page/13622192/Polytheism, some are and some aren't.

I thought that pagans all believed in multiple gods/godesses, but I guess not. The more I look into it, the more I see that some actually do not believe in any god.

Interesting the some don't believe in God brings me to this question.

Do pagans worship nature as God?

In my opinion, yes. Just because you do not specifically call something a "god" does not mean it is not, in essence, the same thing. So from my definition of "God", yes they do. (I say "they" because I am not pagan, and this is all based on my understandings of readings I have found, not personal experience.)

I see, the main reason I made this series was to get people to describe their belief not get info from articles. Seems I can't get people to respond.  :(
