i can't get the video for Genworth Financial to work.  it says i already selected a sponsor, click continue...but continue does not light up or let me click on it.   hmm?

i can't get the video for Genworth Financial to work.  it says i already selected a sponsor, click continue...but continue does not light up or let me click on it.   hmm?

This happened to me as well, mom2taz. The work around for me was to hit NEXT VIDEO! The video should be able to be played again, and after 2 or 3 times, the CONTINUE button lit up. Good Luck.

i clicked "next" several times and still couldn't get the continue button to work?  Is it my browser - google chrome?  all the other videos work just fine.  I will try once again...sigh...

I got this work too. I was pleasantly surprised to see this offer. In case anyone is still trying to cash in on this offer, I just took a look, and it seems like they pulled the video section down for now. I guess they got their quota for the day. That was fast!

I tried a number of things but what worked for me was backing all the way out then clicking the video tab again then finally the continue lit up. This was after letting it auto play a few times, pressing the play button and hitting next video.

I also couldn't get it to work using Google Chrome, but I got it to work using IE.  Try another browser if you have one.
