I have question about the daily email.  I am being sent in my email account the daily email sometimes two day late ad win I clic on to claim it says past due date.  Why are the emails not being sent daily to claim???

I'm sorry to hear you are receiving your DCEs late, and therefore losing out on the two cents.  What e-mail provider are you using?  If it's Hotmail/Live.com, others are having similar issues.  Check out this thread, and particularly take a look at the Admin's posts.

Sometimes the postmaster holds you emails for a day or two. I dont know why but you should get some support help from you email service and clarify that you need those emails everyday no matter what.

That sounds very wired. My gmail address is always good at receiving them on time. sometimes hotmail has this kind of problem. Why not change to gmail then?

Do you happen to be using a sbc global account I had the same problem :) switched to gmail and its now fixed ;)

I've been having trouble receiving my emails on time. as well. I really don't want to swtich to another email address. is there any other option?

I use yahoo and I get it everyday with no problem. The only problems I've had is when Fusion cash itslef is down for maintaince. That's a shame that people have been missing out on the e-mails. I hope you guys get it all figured out.

I was having a problem with the daily e-mails too. Turns out it was hotmail. I switched to a different e-mail address and  now I'm getting them. I'd suggest trying a different e-mail and if that doesn't work open a support ticket  :)

I have been having a problem with them also I think that I will try changing the email address to my other account it is a gmail account and see if that works better.  I hope it does I don't like lossing the .02 a day.

I use hotmail, and I was receiving my daily emails late also.  The couple of days they have been comming so maybe it is the hotmails.  I reported it also so try that.

It happened quite often when I was using my hotmail address.
Now I switched to gmail address and I haven't had any problems ever since. :thumbsup:
