There are two types of immigrants: illegal and legal. I'm a legal immigrant, and I already have legal residency here. It's rare that illegal immigrants would get amnesty, unless their countries were under a huge disaster, like that of Haiti.

I have a problem with the question. In our country, the president doesn't make the laws. That's what the legislative branch is for.
