Referral bonus denied, please no form responses.

Hello,

I put in a support ticket and got a form response.

My boyfriend signed up as a referral. His account is still active but my referral bonus was denied. I'd like to know why. I don't complete offers for him and he signed up himself. Please tell me exactly why the bonus was denied.

Sorry to hear that. Did he sign up from your computer if he did that could be the reason why you didn't get it. I'm not totally sure just saying.

sometimes referral bonuses get denied is because the referral entered false information into their account when signing up.
make sure his account info isn't bogus. maybe you might accidentally have some shared information on both accounts.

logging into different accounts on the same computer and even the same household isn't allowed either. that might also have something to do with it.

That could be the problem, the terms state you must ONLY logon from your own computer and only one account from each household.

The other thing we all need to keep in mind is a Fusioncash account is not a RIGHT, it's a privilege they grant us only if they want to. Last time I checked the Internet was not an Equal Rights Employer. Talk to them nice and you might get it fixed.
