I love breakfast foods for dinner especially blueberry pancakes with turkey sausage. It's the best. There is something very comforting about it. I think it's like a really big hug from your Grandma, especially when you eat it in front of the TV. Just fix hubby something else an easy guy meal that day, broiled steak and baked potato and salad comes to mind. You can nuke the potato for 8 minutes and depending on how he likes his steak it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes and that way you can both be happy.

I like breakfast for dinner. If i'm alone i'll eat cereal, but my all time favorite is sausage gravy and biscuits. Yum!

Not me.  Breakfast foods are for breakfast only, not for lunch or dinner.

if you have your main meal in the middle of the day, having cereal, something light  or comforting like pancakes can be a treat.

I love breakfast for supper!! I find it easy to do, and even if it needs to be a last minute thing! My kids and husband prefer french toast over pancakes though! I personally cannot stand eggs! Weird, I know!!  :)

I prefer sausage gravy. I find when I use bacon grease It tends to be a little salty. Sausage works better, you can control how salty It Is.
