what is your favorite italian dish

I love Italian dishes.  My favorites are lasagna & chicken parmesan.  I like making my own at home.

I love Lasagna with garlic toast! MMMM, MMMMMM!!  I have a new recipe that I tried a couple weeks ago for crockpot lasagna that was soooo simple and easy to make. When I got home from work, I just had to pop in the garlic toast and it was ready to eat!!!

mine is baked ziti i make it from scratch and it always has a lot of cheese in it the more the better i also make my own sauce from scratch if any one wants the recipes let me know i would love to share them
