Credit for surveys

Once again I am having problems getting credit for surveys. I love this site, but it is annoying to complete a 30 minute survey and not get credit for it. I don't really want to keep emptying my cookies as some of them are important to me to have. Is there another way to rectify this problem?

Im new to this site and i never seen a site like this at first though it was going to be a good one to make cash from but now after days of doing offers and downloads i still have not gotten most of the credts, and they need to remove the instant credit for the offers cause they are not instant that is a lie. thinking about leaving this site. i posted 2 support tickets and nothing if they r that backed up they need more help or better tech support!!!!!

Another too if an offer is not offered any more remove it from the list. I have found a few on the daily cash varies section of the offers it gets upsetting when I think oh here a good one and it is not there anymore. Come on now clean up the lists it is the lease u can do for us. U make alot money off of us so take a lil time to clean up the list, and it would not hurt if u got more free offers in for us

Did you've clear your cookies and temp files before you started doing a survey  for a given survey site?

Once you've gotten the congrads page, keep that page open for at least 10 minutes or until the survey credits to your account.  (I have my acct page open on another tab so I can easily see it and refresh it periodically.)

If it hasn't credited in 10 minutes, take a screen shot of the congrads page. Paste it to your PAINT software, add some notes on the page (I type some descriptive as to what survey site; subject matter, time I finished the survey; date and amt promised -- and then copy/paste that onto the PAINT page.)  Save the PAINT window as a jpeg picture in your shared pictures using a title that will make it easy for you to identify.  (I usually use abbreviated survey site name and date: ie GUY2c071611.jpeg..)

If the survey has not credited in a couple days, send in a support ticket and attached the jpeg picture.  It may not result in your getting credit, but it does give FC something to work with.  (It does give you another chance to vent.) If enough complaints come in for a given survey site,  FC has more reason to get after that site to solve the problem.  Remember:  if FC doesn't get paid, you don't get paid.

There are times when surveys don't credit.  Sometimes it's due to a failure in the technical communications between systems.  But usually they do in time.

Thank you for ur help. yes i do clear out my stuff i use ccleaner cause i do other things also......  so i know some about the offers before this and 10 mins is a long time to wait  but will try
