Emily Rossum Video

I have watched this video and received my one cent credit.  But it is still on my page under video tabs.  I have tried watching it again and again.  I do not get further credit.  How do I make it go away? 

Does anyone else have this problem?

i'm glad someone brought this up, i was gona, but i actually clicked on the video and have played it about 6 times and have gotten credits for each time.  soooo, i'm not sure what gives, but i'm sure it will go away after 7/25/11 when the show airs.  oh, you know, i did notice that each video has a difference number (like a tracking number) after it for the credit  don't know but when i look at my acct, i've several .01 payments for this video ...

Well, I have not been so fortunate.  After reading your posting, I went back to the video.  I played it more than one time using both safari and firefox.  I did not get any extra pennies.  However, I did get credit one time and that was the first time that I watched it.   

Good for you that you have snagged multiple pennies.  They add up towards cash out.

I've watch this video several times and got my 3 cents, watching total 3 times. You don't simply click rewatch, there's a button that says go to next video.

You do that until the next video, then the next, until it says there aren't anymore videos today, try tomorrow or on the lines of those words.

When I hit next video, I get the Emily Rossum video again.  So do I watch it once, then keep hitting next video until I get message "out of videos"??  Then, will I get my one cent credit???    Thanks for your help by the way.

Everytime I have clicked the next video the Emily Rossum video will replay again up to 3 times and I have received credit each time. I didn't know if anyone else was having this problem I am glad to know I am not the only person!

you have to use internet explorer to get credit for the (Emily Rossum video) that is what I have been using. I stay in internet explorer until the videos are done. Then I close out internet explorer go back to firefox refresh FC page you should see credit in account at least I do.

@bostonphil I can not figure this video out I have watched it several days in a row and never received credit and I tried again today and I still did not get credit Does any one else know how to make this work or as you say make it go away especially as it is not crediting.

I got credited for more than once and I am using Google chrome and I didn't have any problem with the credit

The reason why these videos credit more than once is that they are not the same video but three different video clips from the same movie although, they are under the same title all vary slightly in their content. Watch carefully, even if it seems like you have seen it before it will be different, you will know this for sure if you have the FC toolbar installed and see different code numbers on the offer.

I have been getting the video with Google Chrome..no problem....for a change...sometimes I have trouble getting the video's.  Often times when others are saying they got video's to watch I can't find any.

I have tried watching this video several times and did not get credit.  I kept hitting next video but I never got the message that there were no more videos.  The same video kept coming up and I sometimes hit next video twenty times.  I gave up.  I did get credit once when I first watched the video using firefox.   

I can not use IE because I have a mac.  I do not know if I can use google chrome with  a mac.  I can try.   

Today, there is a brand new Emily Rossum video.  I watched it using safari and did not get credit.  I will watch it later using firefox and see if I can get credit as I did with the first video.

The Emily Rossum video's didn't show up for me today...instead there was a new one...Rent.com....got credit for it too.
